POLICIES OF BLUE SUITES HOTEL


• Check in / Arrival Time: 3:00 PM (3:00 PM)
• Check out / Departure Time: 13 Hs. (1:00 PM)
• Smoking policy: The hotel is 100% smoke free. A cleaning fee of $ 200.00 COP. It will be charged if we find cigarette signs in the room.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
• Early check in / early arrival policy: Before 6:00 AM full rate. From 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM 50% of the fee will be charged. In both cases subject to hotel availability.
• Late check out / late check out policy: From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 50% of the rate will be charged. After 3:00 PM full rate. In both cases subject to hotel availability.
• Early check out / early departure policy: Any early departure must be informed at the reception desk at least 24 hours before otherwise the value of the accommodation night will be charged according to the initial reservation.
• Admission Policy for Minors with Parents: If you come with minors (children), it is essential to present the identity document at the time of the Check in. The Civil Registry of Birth, Identity Card or Passport of the Minor is accepted. If the adult is staying with a minor (not a child), he / she must present a letter of self-authenticated notarization or apostille duly issued by the parents to stay with the minor. In case of not having the required documents the hotel will refrain from allowing the registration and entry into the rooms.
• Policy for children and infants: Up to 2 children under 10 years old can stay in the same room with their parents. From the age of 11, an additional passenger fare will be charged as an adult.
• Guest Policy Exempt from VAT: According to Decree 2646 of 2013, non-resident guests that enter the country in Tourism Quality and that in their passport carry the stamps PIP5, PTP-5 and TP-11 will be exempt from the tax (VAT ), if you have another type of Visa or permission to enter the country other than those mentioned above, you must pay the VAT tax directly at the Hotel.
• Rates in USD Dollars: The hotel can convert the confirmed rates in US dollars to the local currency according to the exchange rate used by the hotel and is subject to fluctuations in the exchange market. We can also receive payment in dollars at the exchange rate used by the hotel and the invoice will be issued in the local currency. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions made by banks or franchises that are not under the control of the hotel and that could impact the amount charged to the credit card.
• Damage and Damage Policy: In case of damage or injury caused to the facilities or elements of the hotel, the guest will assume the total value of the charges stipulated by the hotel management. This value must be canceled by the guest at the time of check out.
• GROUPS: Rate for groups applies from 8 rooms onwards, to get up on the same dates.
• LONG STAY: Lodging from 15 continuous nights (without exception). If the number of nights decreases, it will adjust to the short stay rate.
• Accompanying policy: Any person accompanying the guest or owner of the room must be registered and must carry an identification document "Cedúla de ciudadanía, cedula de extranjería or passport", to allow entry into the rooms.
• Booking, modification, cancellation and payment policy: You will be informed at the time of making your reservation, as they may vary according to the type of rate, offer or plan purchased.
